POOLSIDE
We designed, supplied, and installed a brand new diving tower out of stainless steel and HDPE decking. The framework was home to 3 of Duraflex's brand new shortstands. It was polymer powder coated to ensure longevity.
We provided and installed Treadmaster AFDB matting surfaces to create a secure, non-slip environment.
Gates, lifters and alarms were utilised with the handrail structure to ensure a safe collaboration with the movable floor within the diving tank.
A high definition video replay system with a huge 75inch monitor was installed by DiveGym.
WHY
The Hydro in Harrogate, United Kingdom, is more than just a leisure facility; it's a testament to DiveGym's dedication to promoting aquatic excellence. WHAT
DiveGym's collaboration with The Hydro led to a remarkable transformation. We replaced the concrete diving tower with a stainless steel structure, reconfigured diving boards according to British Diving standards, and introduced a high-resolution video replay system. This compact system empowers athletes to analyse and enhance their performance for aquatic excellence.
HOW
Early discussions with the council and British Diving allowed us to optimize the pool's orientation for better functionality. DiveGym maintains an ongoing partnership with facilities like The Hydro to ensure that our installations are continually fine-tuned for maximum efficiency.
