Our team managed the project from inception to completion, including the full fit-out of the dryland space.
POOLSIDE
DiveGym were entrusted in the replacement of all the antislip surfacing, we removed all the old Treadmaster AFDB matting, repaired the concrete plinths and replaced it with Roughtex.
WHY
DiveGym's involvement with the Sports Ireland National Aquatic Centre was driven by a shared vision to increase participation and elevate the facility to international standards. Recognizing the need to enhance the diving pool and create a world-class dryland training centre, DiveGym embarked on a mission to upgrade the aquatic experience.
WHAT
DiveGym worked in close collaboration with Sport Ireland to comprehensively transform the Sports Ireland National Aquatic Centre. This encompassed vital improvements to the diving pool, aimed at increasing participation and aligning with international standards. In addition, our partnership with Sport Ireland led to the remarkable revival of an abandoned cow shed, cleverly transforming it into a cutting-edge dryland training centre. This refurbishment not only earned accolades but also repurposed a once-derelict building into a highly effective training hub.
HOW
We enhanced the diving pool to provide a safe, top-notch environment for athletes and enthusiasts. Simultaneously, our team worked closely with Sport Ireland to create an award-winning dryland centre from the ground up, ensuring it met the highest standards for elite training.
